Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL, is seeking a Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) to join the division of Hospital Medicine on the PACC unit. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week with shifts from 12:00 pm to 1:00 am, including two holidays and one weekend per month.

The candidate must hold APN/PA licensure in IL with DEA and Controlled Substances credentials and BLS/CPR certification. Pediatric medicine and ED experience are highly preferred.

$57.76 - $80.86 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

HOSPITAL MEDICINCE: Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Position Highlights:

• Position:Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) – Division of Hospital Medicine- PACC unit

• Location:Arlington Heights, Il

• Part Time: .60 FTE

• Hours: 20 hours per week

  12:00 pm to 1:00 am.

  2 holidays required and one weekend per month Sat & Sun.

• 13 hour shifts

• Pay: $57.76 - $80.86 USD Hourly - As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.

Our Advanced Practice Providers are integral members of a multidisciplinary medical group. The Advance Practice Provider performs comprehensive care in the inpatient setting. Working in a collaborative environment, the team consults with referring providers, nurses, and outpatient clinics.

What you will need:

• License:Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant Licensure (PA) in the State of IL required;FederalDEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required

• Certification:BLS/CPR certification required

• Experience:Prior APN/PA experience in Pediatric Medicine, ED/immediate care peds experience highly preferred.

• Hours: 12:00 pm to 1:00 am. 2 holidays required and one weekend per month Sat & Sun.
