Endeavor Health is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) for Hospital Medicine in Evanston/Chicago, IL. The role is full-time, mostly daytime hours with potential night coverage, located at NorthShore Evanston and Swedish in Chicago.

The APN/PA will perform comprehensive inpatient assessments, develop differential diagnoses, and prescribe treatments under protocols while collaborating with referring providers, nurses, and outpatient clinics.

Qualifications

• APN/PA license in IL required; DEA and IL Controlled Substance License required
• BLS/CPR and ACLS certification required
• Prior APN/PA experience in Adult Medicine, ER, Internal Medicine, or Hospitalist Medicine preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive health assessments and prescribe treatments in the inpatient setting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and outpatient clinics to coordinate care
• Work autonomously within an interdisciplinary team; some nights may be required

Hourly Pay Range: $59.78 - $83.69 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

HOSPITAL MEDICINCE: Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Position Highlights:

• Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) – Division of Hospital Medicine
• Location: NorthShore Hospital Evanston and Swedish, Chicago, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full-time roles
• Hours: Mostly days- may have some night coverage.

• Hourly Pay Range:
• Full time: $58.76 - $80.86 USD Hourly - As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.

Our Advanced Practice Providers are integral members of a multidisciplinary medical group. The Advance Practice Provider performs comprehensive care in the inpatient setting. Working in a collaborative environment, the team consults with referring providers, nurses, and outpatient clinics.

What you will need:

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant Licensure (PA) in the State of IL required;FederalDEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Certification: BLS/CPR and ACLS certification required
• Experience: Prior APN/PA experience in Adult Medicine, ER, Internal Medicine, or Hospitalist Medicine preferred.

• Provide patient educationto promote wellness and prevent illness and injury for individuals, families, and communities.
