Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years in quality or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality principles and APQP concepts.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, facilitate, and improve APQP and quality planning activities across NPD.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Support, Suppliers, and Quality teams to mitigate risks.
• Analyze product and process data to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement preventive actions.
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records for programs.
