Job summary

Southeast Community College is seeking an Apprenticeship Coordinator - FTT to oversee recruitment, enrollment, and monitoring of apprentices within the Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) across SCC’s 15‑county service area. This full‑time, grant‑funded role reports to the Apprenticeship Director and focuses on employer engagement and student success.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate’s Degree and minimum four years working with college students or with business/industry partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred as part of minimum qualifications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and recruit apprentices in SCC’s RAP across the 15-county service area.
• Promote RAP opportunities through outreach with schools, employers, and community partners.
• Assist with enrollment, data tracking, and ensuring compliance with RAP requirements.
• Provide education and guidance on the registered apprenticeship model to faculty, staff, employers, and communities.
