Qualifications

• Knowledge in: Negotiating and monitoring techniques.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and policies.
• Ability to present information in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews, assessments, and monitoring activities of Registered Apprenticeship programs.
• Investigate complaints concerning Registered Apprenticeship programs.
• Recommend conformity and deregistration status to Program Director.
