Job summary

American National Insulation, Inc. is seeking an apprentice to install insulation and related building products at customer sites in accordance with work orders, manufacturer specifications, and safety guidelines.

You will review daily schedules, load trucks, perform site inspections, and ensure materials are staged safely for installation. This safety-sensitive role requires at least 18 years of age, a valid driver's license for company travel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Responsibilities

• Install products as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety, job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report on safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned per the CBAs.

Your Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines. Products include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap and any other products sold by the company.

• Install products as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety, job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report on safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned per the CBAs.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid drivers’ license is required.

Travel Requirements

Type of Travel Required: Local; Out of town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products.
• Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.

Compensation Range

$29.49 - $45.67
