Job summary

American National Insulation is seeking an apprentice installer to perform installations of insulation and related products at various sites in Sumner, WA. You will follow work orders and safety guidelines, review daily schedules, and ensure proper loading of materials, tools, and equipment.

You will conduct vehicle and site safety checks, unload and stage materials, and report any safety, customer, or quality concerns. The role includes warehouse duties and CBAs-based assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install products as directed by work orders, manufacturer, safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with product, tools and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty per CBAs as assigned.
