Qualifications

• Ability to pass the TMA Entrance Exam.
• Good attendance and performance history; access to computer/internet for coursework.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a five-year apprenticeship with classroom and on-the-job training.
• Complete three years of related classroom instruction through TMA.
• Achieve five years of progressive, mentored on-the-job training.
• Develop proficiency in tooling, machining, precision measurement, and problem-solving.
