The Apprentice Tool & Die Maker participates in a multi‑year, progressive training program intended to develop fully qualified Tool & Die Makers. Apprentices receive formal classroom instruction alongside structured on‑the‑job training (OJT) under the guidance of experienced mentors. Advancement and pay progression are based on demonstrated skill mastery, successful completion of coursework, and sustained job performance—not tenure alone.
The program is designed to address workforce continuity, develop internal talent, preserve institutional knowledge, and support long‑term business growth.
