Job summary

Advancement occurs after meeting skill checks and training milestones within 6–12 months. OSHA 10 and lift certification are required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; no trade experience required — training provided.
• Meets safety requirements and can operate basic hand tools.
• Willing to obtain OSHA 10 and lift certifications within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Unload, stage, and organize materials on site; keep areas clean and safe.
• Assist with mounting hardware, racks, and pathway installations as directed.
• Learn termination, labeling, and testing of Cat5e/Cat6 cabling to company standards.
• Support retail rollout installs and same-night closeout tasks as assigned.
