Technician Apprentice – Harley-Davidson

Responsibilities
- · Assist experienced technicians with motorcycle repairs and maintenance.
- · Perform oil changes, tire replacements, and entry‑level service work.
- · Keep service areas clean, organized, and safe.
- · Participate in Harley-Davidson technician training and certification programs.
- · Support the Service Department with daily tasks and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications
- · High school diploma or equivalent required.
- · Enrollment in or completion of a motorcycle or automotive technical program preferred.
- · Mechanical aptitude and strong desire to build a career as a Harley-Davidson Technician.
- · Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely.
- · Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- · Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction from senior technicians.
- · Good communication and teamwork skills.
- · Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Schedule
Full-time, including weekends as required.
ADA Essential Duties
- · Ability to push, pull, and maneuver motorcycles weighing up to 800 pounds (with assistance).
- · Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
- · Ability to stand, walk, and move around the shop for extended periods.
- · Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- · Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
