Technician Apprentice – Harley-Davidson

Responsibilities

• · Assist experienced technicians with motorcycle repairs and maintenance.
• · Perform oil changes, tire replacements, and entry‑level service work.
• · Keep service areas clean, organized, and safe.
• · Participate in Harley-Davidson technician training and certification programs.
• · Support the Service Department with daily tasks and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• · Enrollment in or completion of a motorcycle or automotive technical program preferred.
• · Mechanical aptitude and strong desire to build a career as a Harley-Davidson Technician.
• · Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely.

Schedule

Full-time, including weekends as required.

ADA Essential Duties

• · Ability to push, pull, and maneuver motorcycles weighing up to 800 pounds (with assistance).
• · Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
• · Ability to stand, walk, and move around the shop for extended periods.
• · Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• · Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
