Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. This field role involves independent work or small-team collaboration, serving as a primary technical resource for customers and sales staff.

• Prior experience in repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment and provide good customer service.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Driving a company vehicle requires a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record, plus a DOT physical.

Rite-Hite Service Technicians

Will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.

Required Experience

Rite-Hite sells the best and we hire the best. This position requires experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred. Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment. Good customer service skills are required. This position requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds. As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical.
