You will provide world-class customer service, track progress in our dispatch tool, and follow a 5-step repair process. A company vehicle supports daily routes, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in relevant fields such as construction, manufacturing, painting, or hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors and match color accurately.

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
