General Parts L.L.C. is seeking an Apprentice Field Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment in schools, healthcare facilities, and restaurants across the area.

You will receive onsite training and work on a wide range of appliances with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required for refrigeration techs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record per safety standards.
• 2+ years of related experience, education, or military training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
• Provide service solutions for gas, electric, and steam systems.
• Order and install replacement parts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.

The candidate should have a background in electrical and mechanical engineering and should have strong troubleshooting skills. They should have a keen eye for detail and be able to follow a systematic approach to repair appliances.
