United Infrastructure is seeking an Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer to support the Social Infrastructure team. You will assist with resident communications, admin duties, and safety presentations while traveling between offices and project sites to support refurbishment work.

The role offers an apprenticeship pathway toward a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification, with remote learning supported by tutors and line managers. Start date in the near term.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs at Grade 9-4/A*-C including English and Mathematics.
• Good IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office packages.
• Good organisation, time management, attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Administrative duties, resident visits and courtesy calls to tenants.
• Deliver Health and Safety presentations to local school/community groups.
• Coordinate and administer newsletters, meetings, visits and events.
• Record and photograph the condition of areas before work and assist with training.
• Maintain confidential records in line with GDPR and document management.
• Assist with recording complaints and investigating issues raised by residents.
