Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters with residential remodeling and restoration work
• Help with demolition and removal of existing materials
• Assist with framing, backing, drywall prep, trim, doors, and cabinet installation
• Measure, cut, carry, and stage materials under supervision
• Set up floor protection, dust barriers, and containment systems
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout the day
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and project materials
• Learn to read plans, layouts, measurements, and work instructions
• Develop safe and proper use of hand and power tools
• Follow instructions and ask questions when expectations are unclear
• Help maintain tools and report damaged or missing equipment
• Document work and time using a smartphone or tablet
• Treat homeowners, coworkers, and subcontractors professionally
• Participate in company training and safety meetings

Apprentice Remodeling Carpenter

Location: Greeley, CO. This is an on-site field position requiring travel to residential job sites throughout Northern Colorado.

Integrity Construction & Restoration is a residential remodeling and restoration company serving Greeley and communities throughout Northern Colorado. We remodel kitchens, bathrooms, and basements and rebuild homes affected by water and fire damage. We are looking for someone who wants more than a temporary construction job--someone who wants to become a dependable, well-rounded remodeling carpenter.

The Apprentice Remodeling Carpenter will work alongside experienced carpenters and field leaders while learning the full residential remodeling process. You will assist with demolition, framing, cabinetry, trim, jobsite protection, material handling, and project cleanup.

Some construction experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, coachability, and a genuine desire to learn are equally important. This position is designed for someone who wants to develop progressively greater skill and responsibility.

• Genuine interest in building a long-term career in residential remodeling
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Respect for clients' homes, belongings, routines, and privacy
• Basic mechanical aptitude and measuring ability
• Comfortable learning to use hand and power tools
• Willingness to use a smartphone for timekeeping and project documentation
• Reliable transportation to assigned jobsites required. Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, including lifting and carrying construction materials and frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay and Benefits

• Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2
• Pay: $20-$26 per hour, depending on experience
• Employees may also be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonuses. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
• Occasional overtime or Saturday work
• PTO accrued at one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours annually
• Six paid company holidays
• Up to $100 annual work-boot reimbursement after 30 days
