Integrity Construction & Restoration in Greeley, CO is seeking an Apprentice Remodeling Carpenter to learn the full residential remodeling process on-site at job sites throughout Northern Colorado.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or remodeling experience preferred but not required.
• Genuine interest in building a long-term residential remodeling career.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Coachable attitude and willingness to accept feedback.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to assigned jobsites; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters with residential remodeling and restoration work
• Help with demolition and removal of existing materials
• Assist with framing, backing, drywall prep, trim, doors, and cabinet installation
• Measure, cut, carry, and stage materials under supervision
• Set up floor protection, dust barriers, and containment systems
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout the day
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and project materials
• Learn to read plans, layouts, measurements, and work instructions
• Develop safe and proper use of hand and power tools
• Follow instructions and ask questions when expectations are unclear
• Help maintain tools and report damaged or missing equipment
• Document work and time using a smartphone or tablet
• Treat homeowners, coworkers, and subcontractors professionally
• Participate in company training and safety meetings
