KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing in Indianapolis, IN is hiring Apprentice Plumbers to gain hands-on experience on commercial projects, working beside Journeyman Plumbers while developing NCCER skills and advancing your career. What You’ll Do:

• Assist Journeyman Plumbers with the installation of commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and equipment.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install piping materials according to project specifications.
• Support the installation of water supply, drainage, waste, and vent systems.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, plumbing drawings, and construction layouts.
• Organize tools, materials, and work areas to maintain safe and productive job sites.
• Load, transport, and stage materials for daily construction activities.
• Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies.
• Participate in daily hands-on training while developing plumbing skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a Plumbing Apprenticeship Program or accredited trade school (required).
• Passion for building a long-term career in commercial plumbing.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented construction environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced plumbers.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and elevated work platforms.
• Ability to work in active construction environments and varying weather conditions.
