First-year service technicians at Roto-Rooter can expect an average earning of $55,000, with pay increasing rapidly with experience.

We provide an initial 12-week paid sewer and drain service training, along with ongoing training at our plumbing school. Your daily tasks include providing sewer and drain services to residential and commercial clients. Additionally, you will have opportunities to shadow licensed plumbers to accrue apprentice hours and gain valuable knowledge.

Responsibilities

1. Provide plumbing and drain solutions to customers using your skills.
2. Diagnose issues and prepare cost estimates for clients.
3. Unclog and clean sewers and drains with specialized equipment.
4. Document estimates and invoices via written and digital methods.
5. Collect payments and proceed to the next call.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude is desirable, but prior plumbing experience is not required.
