Qualifications

• Effective communication skills are essential.
• A mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving abilities are desirable, but prior experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide cost estimates.
• Perform repairs for customers and document estimates and invoices.
• Collect payments and move to the next service call.
