Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license.
• Effective communication skills.
• A mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills are desirable, but prior experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing and drain issues during service calls and provide cost estimates.
• Perform necessary repairs and document estimates and invoices.
• Communicate with customers and collect payment where applicable.
• Document work on a smartphone or written format as required.
• Move on to the next service call after completing service.
