Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude desirable; plumbing experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and provide cost estimates to close the sale.
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning services using specialized equipment.
• Document estimates and invoices, written and on a smartphone.
• Collect payments and move to the next service call.
• Engage in direct interactions with customers, including vulnerable populations.
• Extensive driving to customer locations in a timely and professional manner.
• Enter customers' residences to deliver reliable service and resolve plumbing issues.
