Job summary

Trade Management is seeking motivated and dedicated Apprentice Plumbers to join our team on commercial construction projects. You will assist licensed plumbers, learn essential skills, read blueprints, and gain hands-on experience under experienced professionals.

You must have a valid Texas State Board of Plumbing card, communicate effectively, and be able to work safely with a variety of materials on site. This full-time/contract role offers growth and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Texas State Board of Plumbing card.
• Ability to communicate or understand the scope of the job.
• Familiarity with mechanical concepts, basic math skills, and carpentry techniques is beneficial.
• Previous field service or maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics related to plumbing installations.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Participate in construction site activities, including pipe threading and assembly of plumbing components.
• Gain experience with techniques as needed for specific projects.
• Support the team in performing maintenance tasks and troubleshooting plumbing issues.
• Develop mechanical knowledge related to commercial systems and their integration with plumbing.
• Collaborate with other trades on remodeling projects to ensure proper installation of plumbing fixtures.
• Able to work with various types of materials.
