Job summary

Studs is launching a paid piercing apprenticeship program in Denver. Apprentices start at $19/hour during the 6-week training period, plus tips, and upon graduation become eligible for Part-Time Associate Piercer roles at our Cherry Creek - Denver studio, earning $24/hour plus tips.

The program combines classroom learning, observation, and hands-on training, with travel to studio locations paid during the training. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Embodies a performance-oriented culture by meeting and exceeding expectations
• Educates clients on the Studs experience through the selling cycle
• Delivers confident, clear, and professional communication with clients during their Studs experience
• Leverages Studs resources and policies in decision making
• Becomes well-versed in piercing operating procedures and regulations to ensure client experience and safety
• Maintains detailed records of maintenance, sterilized inventory and tools
• Upholds Studio compliance and SOPs; demonstrates integrity and accountability
• Provides solutions-oriented feedback and embraces constructive input
