LensCrafters is seeking an Apprentice Optician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will assist customers in selecting frames and lenses, take precise measurements, and guide them through fittings and adjustments. The role emphasizes service quality and product knowledge in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will be trained to support dispensing, warranty explanations, and aftercare while ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer care at every step.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent, enrolled in a sanctioned Apprentice Program.
• Strong customer service, communication and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise, plus familiarity with POS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver LensCrafters Experience and guide customers through the sales process.
• Assist with frame and lens selection for vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Take measurements, adjust eyewear, and ensure accuracy for dispensing.
• Explain warranties, services, and delivery times to customers.
