ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist patients in selecting spectacles and contact lenses, providing education on quality choices, lens options, and frame styling to suit their lifestyle and prescriptions
- Calculate insurance co-pays based on eligibility
- Accurately process spectacle orders and monitor their status to ensure timely delivery
- Enter spectacle orders into the system, verify accuracy, notify patients, and schedule dispensing appointments
- Follow up with patients regarding the progress of their eyewear adaptation and contact lens prescriptions
- Perform adjustments and repairs as needed
- Address patient concerns related to eyewear
- Maintain inventory for optical retail, including lab supplies, and report as required
- Maintain optical merchandise displays
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the office manager, team lead, or doctors

- Physical activity includes talking and hearing
- Work is primarily sedentary, involving sitting most of the time
- Visual acuity is required to ensure accuracy and quality of work
