The Position

We are looking for positive, energetic Electrical Trainees for a long‑term assignment, with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce. Applicants should have the ability to:

• Have knowledge of applicable safety rules
• Assist Journeyman and Craftsmen in the installation of rigid, aluminum, plasti‑bond, and PVC conduit
• Use or be willing to learn to use mechanical, electric, and hydraulic conduit benders
• Fabricate and install conduit supports
• Assist in the installation of cable tray and tube tray
• Install wire and cable by hand and by machine in cable tray and in conduit
• Assist in the installation of air pipe and instrument tubing; utilize a variety of electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic hand tools
• Follow specific directions, work within standards of accuracy, maintain proper housekeeping, and carry out work requirements of demolition, handling trash, and assisting in maintenance and construction
• Pass a post‑offer, pre‑employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks
• Be enrolled or willing to enroll in and an indentured apprenticeship program
