Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking positive, energetic Experienced Electrical Apprentices to join our team. You will assist Journeymen with installation of conduit systems and related equipment at job sites across Kentucky.

The role emphasizes safety, multi-skill execution, and teamwork in a fast-paced industrial setting. Applicants should have at least 1 year of electrical apprentice experience and be able to pass pre-employment drug testing plus background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year electrical apprentice experience.
• Ability to pass post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background checks.
• Willingness to assist Journeyman and Craftsmen in installation tasks.
• Knowledge of applicable safety rules and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of rigid, aluminum, plasti-bond, and PVC conduit.
• Assist in installation of cable tray and tube tray.
• Install wire and cable by hand and by machine in cable tray and conduit.
• Use a variety of electric and hydraulic hand tools and pneumatic tools while following safety rules.

The Position:

We are looking for positive, energetic Experienced Electrical Apprentices with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce.

Applicants should have the ability to:

• Be able to assist Journeyman and Craftsmen in the installation of rigid, aluminum, plasti-bond, and PVC conduit
• Be able to use or willing to learn to use mechanical, electric, and hydraulic conduit benders
• Be able to fabricate and install conduit supports
• Be able to assist in the installation of cable tray and tube tray
• Be able to install wire and cable by hand and by machine in cable tray and in conduit
• Be able to assist in the installation of air pipe and instrument tubing; to utilize a variety of electric and hydraulic hand tools and pneumatic tools
• Have knowledge of applicable safety rules
• Must be able to follow specific directions and work within the standards of accuracy.
• Must be capable of maintaining proper housekeeping, and able to carry out work requirements of demolition, handling trash, and assisting in maintenance and construction
• Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year electrical apprentice experience
