Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Irvine, CA to assist in carrying out maintenance across the property, including routine, preventive, and cosmetic tasks. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community maintenance of the property, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleaning and upkeep of common areas and exterior grounds.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with Preventative and corrective maintenance.
