Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pre-Apprenticeship Pool: Math Level 4, Reading Level 5, Writing Level 6.
• Good BWL work record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and equipment across BWL facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints; operate mobile equipment.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE; work shifts including weekends and standby.
• Gain hands-on experience with fuel, boiler, hydro, and turbine systems.
