Job summary

Alpla Inc. in Lima, Ohio seeks a Full Time Maintenance Apprentice to join our manufacturing team. You will support the upkeep of molding machines, perform preventive and basic repairs, and assist senior technicians with troubleshooting under supervision.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, safety compliance, and opportunities to grow within a global leader in sustainable packaging. As an apprentice, you will gain practical experience in equipment maintenance, process improvements,

• Current student in an approved academic program.
• Able to meet ALPLA Apprenticeship Program criteria.
• Performing a basic-skilled level of maintenance activities.
