  • Train on operating saws, drill presses, lathes and milling machines.
  • Perform increasingly complex machining tasks and repairs over time.

Job Responsibilities
  • Trains on performing repairs for various production departments' machinery.
  • Trains on measuring with calipers and micrometers.
  • Trains on operating saws, drill presses, lathes, and milling machines.
  • Performs increased machining tasks and more complex repairs over time.
  • Transitions to a role such as Machinist/Mechanic or Machine Set-Up/Operator in various departments after completion of training program (which could last up to 18 months).
