Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join its Field Design & Service Centers. You will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills from apprentice to Bench Jeweler, while delivering a customer-first experience.

The role offers a path to becoming a certified bench jeweler with structured training, hands-on practice, and a supportive team environment. 40-hour weeks with overtime during peak periods are expected.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry, jewelry repair, or design is preferred but not required.
• Customer-service minded with strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving.
• Ability to multitask and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including customer service, interacting with stores and customers, and photographing jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Assist with basic jewelry repair, polishing, and quality control.
• Participate in a structured training journey to become a Bench Jeweler.
• Support a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
