Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest diamond jewelry retailer, seeks entry‑level Jeweler Apprentices to join its Field Design & Service Centers. You will enter a structured training program that develops your skills from apprentice to Bench Jeweler while delivering a customer‑first experience.

As an Apprentice, you’ll gain hands‑on jewelry knowledge, participate in a collaborative team, and work a full‑time schedule with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry, jewelry repair, or design is preferred but not required.
• Customer‑service minded with strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving.
• Ability to multitask and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including customer service, interacting with stores and customers, and photographing jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Assist with basic jewelry repair, polishing, and quality control.
• Participate in a structured training journey to become a Bench Jeweler.
• Support a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.
