Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Design & Service Center Teams in the United States. You will learn the business from the ground up, handling administrative duties, customer service, jewelry intake, and photography for tracking as you train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

We offer a full training program and a promote-from-within path to advance from Apprentice to Jeweler.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative/clerical tasks and photography of jewelry for intake/tracking.
• Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair, starting with polishing and quality control, while training toward Bench Jeweler.
