Job summary

Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest specialty retailer of diamond jewelry, invites entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. You will start with administrative duties, customer service, and photography for intake, training toward a Bench Jeweler, and learning basic jewelry repair during a comprehensive, year-long development path.

Qualifications

• Customer service minded with strong interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and quality work.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping/receiving are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative tasks and customer service at the Design & Service Center.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and learn basics of jewelry repair.
• Support bench jeweler training while progressing from Apprentice to Jeweler.
