Job summary

Signet Jewelers' Field Design & Service Center is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to begin a career path from apprentice to bench jeweler. You will perform administrative tasks, assist with jewelry handling, polishing, and learn repair basics while you train toward becoming a bench jeweler.

The program offers full training, opportunities to advance within the company, a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and merchandise

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and interacting with stores and customers.
• Complete administrative/clerical tasks and photography of jewelry for intake/tracking.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control.
