Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. Start as an Apprentice Jeweler completing administrative tasks and polishing jewelry, and work toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

You will learn the business from the ground up, including customer service, photography for intake/tracking, and the basics of jewelry repair, progressing through our training program to become a skilled artisan.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and customer service for stores and customers.
• Polish jewelry and assist with jewelry repairs.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and learning basics of repair.
• Progress from Apprentice to Bench Jeweler through the training program.
