Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is hiring entry-level Jeweler Apprentices for our Field Design & Service Center teams in the United States. This role begins with administrative tasks, customer service, and jewelry photography, with a structured program to advance toward a Bench Jeweler.

You will learn polishing, quality control, and basic jewelry repair as you train, with opportunities to progress within Signet’s Design & Service Centers and gain hands-on bench skills.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative/clerical tasks and photography for intake/tracking.
• Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
• Learn jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control.
• Assist with entry-level jeweler duties and progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.
