Job summary

Blind and Shutter Spot in Mesa, AZ is seeking entry-level installers to start a trade career with paid training from Day 1. No installation experience is required; we will teach you.

You will ride with experienced Installers to customer homes, prep job sites, and begin using the tools of the trade. This role offers a clear ladder: start at the bottom and move up to Installer ($50K+ plus a company van) and Lead Installer ($70K+), with promotions earned, not promised.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to the Mesa showroom every morning.
• Valid AZ driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders.
• Willingness to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ride along with experienced Installers to customer homes across the Valley.
• Help prep job sites and learn to use tools.
• Learn the trade by doing and gaining hands-on experience.
