Pay

$25–$35 per Hour (Based on Experience)

Compensation is based on experience and technical expertise. Candidates with advanced knowledge of motorized shading systems, Lutron controls, low‑voltage wiring, and smart‑home integration may qualify for compensation at the upper end of the pay range and accelerated advancement opportunities.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders
