Job summary

Senra Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Harnessing Technician to lead advanced harness builds on the production floor, mentor junior technicians, and support new product introductions with engineering teams.

You will set quality, speed, and technical standards for the build process and champion safety and 5S principles across the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• 5–12 years of experience in harness manufacturing or related production environments.
• Ability to read complex schematics and execute high-quality builds.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor training sessions and mentor Apprentice and Harnessing Technicians.
• Partner with Engineering on new product introduction and first article builds.
• Identify, elevate, and help solve build and design issues.
• Support updates to build documentation based on production feedback.
• Champion 5S, safety, and quality initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc projects to boost output and ensure harness builds are delivered quickly and efficiently.

As a Senior Harnessing Technician, you will serve as a technical leader on the production floor, executing the most complex builds, mentoring junior technicians, and supporting new product introduction efforts alongside engineering teams. You will set the standard for quality, speed, and technical excellence in the build process.

What You'll Own

• Execute complex harness builds with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.

Compensation

• Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
• Hourly Range: $30.00- $45.00

Location / Worksite

This onsite role based in our HQ Redondo Beach or Cypress, CA.
