Base Power is seeking Apprentice Electricians to join their field installation crews in Northern Illinois. This role offers the chance to assist experienced electricians in installing home backup battery systems while gaining valuable skills in the electrical trade.

You'll contribute to establishing a new operational foundation and can expect a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and may be enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship program.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of construction, electrical, or hands-on trade experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow directions and ask good questions.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with installations and repairs.
• Help with pulling wire and installing battery systems.
• Participate in occasional after-hours work as needed.
