Qualifications
- Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Must have 4+ years of experience - preferably with battery backups or EV chargers.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical failures in the field.
- Perform rework to ensure installations meet quality standards.
- Onboard and mentor new installation crews.
- Maintain mastery of Base hardware and general electrical principles.
