Qualifications

• Willingness to learn the electrical trade with on-site mentorship.
• Previous construction, electrical, mechanical, or trade experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians and foremen with commercial electrical installations and job site activities.
• Help install conduit, wiring, boxes, switches, lighting, and other electrical components.
• Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work closely with experienced electricians while developing electrical knowledge and trade skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist electricians and foremen with commercial electrical installations and job site activities
• Help install conduit, wiring, boxes, switches, lighting, and other electrical components
• Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work closely with experienced electricians while developing electrical knowledge and trade skills

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong desire to learn and grow in the electrical trade
• Previous construction, electrical, mechanical, or trade experience preferred but not required
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED preferred
