Job description

We are a small and growing team of craftsman and natural builders. We're seeking an apprentice carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate is interested in high performance sustainable construction and is interested in this opportunity to grow along with us.

Some experience in the field is preferred, but expertise is not required. We are willing to train the right person. We will be looking for candidates that are intelligent, value driven, and capable of producing quality work quickly. (after a training period) Our values of high quality craftsmanship, sustainability, and great customer service are paramount. We try to maintain a positive and joyous worksite while delivering results in a timely manner.

Most job sites are within a 1hr drive from Troy, NY with occasional jobs falling somewhat outside that range. Typically ranging from Hudson, NY to Saratoga Springs, NY with some trips to the Berkshires.
