Job summary

Qualifications

  • 6 months of apprentice bartender experience and/or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
  • Verify right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service in line with the company culture.
  • Clean and sanitize assigned beverage stations and keep bar tops tidy.
  • Stock bar supplies and glassware including garnishes.
  • Assist bartenders with service while learning responsible beverage handling.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and follow liquor handling procedures.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and POS protocols.
