Job summary

Stratosphere Gaming, LLC is seeking a Bartender in Las Vegas to mix and serve beverages in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment. You will maintain bar cleanliness, manage garnishes and glassware, and ensure accurate cash handling in accordance with venue standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of bartending experience, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a team while adhering to gaming regulations and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures, including food/beverage service when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar tops and equipment.
• Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Follow cash handling, comp, and POS procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming laws and internal controls.
