This is NOT just a job. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. We will teach you appliance repair while you work as a helper. You will learn on the job earning a salary while taking an online correspondence class that we will pay for. Pay increase at about 90 days and continue as you progress.

Work is generally 8-5 with occasional light Saturdays. No work on Sundays, holidays, and no travel, but overtime is available if you want it. Our technicians are never on call. Flexible hours are possible. Must have your own hand tools; we will provide guidance and help in acquiring them.

Our full program takes about a year to complete. This is a much better alternative than going to a trade school or community college and paying thousands of dollars with no guarantee of a job when you are finished.

Basic beginning starting salary varies during the training period and will progress as you learn and advance. We also provide continuing factory, online, and in-house training.

Requirements include:

1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Must be willing to learn appliance repair to an expert level.
3. Must have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Must be computer literate, great with details, numbers, and accuracy.
5. Must be punctual, courteous, and well-groomed.
6. A background, drug, and driving screening will be required.
7. We are looking for people with some mechanical or electrical working experience or other maintenance experience who desire to learn a trade for life.

DSAS Benefit List Insurance at 90 days.

Earn 1 personal/sick day off every other month (6 total yearly).
