This is NOT just a job. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. We will teach you appliance repair while you work as a helper. You will learn on the job earning a salary while taking an online correspondence class that we will pay for. Pay increase at about 90 days and continue as you progress.
Work is generally 8-5 with occasional light Saturdays. No work on Sundays, holidays, and no travel, but overtime is available if you want it. Our technicians are never on call. Flexible hours are possible. Must have your own hand tools; we will provide guidance and help in acquiring them.

Our full program takes about a year to complete. This is a much better alternative than going to a trade school or community college and paying thousands of dollars with no guarantee of a job when you are finished.

Basic beginning starting salary varies during the training period and will progress as you learn and advance. We also provide continuing factory, online, and in-house training.
Requirements include:
DSAS Benefit List Insurance at 90 days.
We offer several medical plan choices - one is an employee NO COST plan, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, HSA, and 401K. EAP/ENI plan includes free legal, financial, and mental health counseling.
Earn 1 personal/sick day off every other month (6 total yearly).
Vacation Benefits: After one and two years of employment, 1 week (40 hours); Three through ten years inclusive, 2 weeks (80 hours); Ten years (Bonus Reward at 10), 3 weeks (120 hours).
6 paid Federal Holidays (after first 90 days): New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
