Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram is seeking an Apprentice - Accounts Payable to support our dynamic finance team. You will participate in basic AP processes, ensure policy compliance, and assist with monthly accruals, reporting, and audits.

This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and flexibility to work across shifts and regions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected, and domain knowledge in accounting will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Accounting background with basic accounting knowledge.
• Domain specific knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Computer Savvy and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Monthly accrual posting.
• Accounts Payable related reporting.
• Ensuring all AP invoice processing checklists are followed as per process requirements.
• Ensuring corporate policies and SOX requirements are implemented and complied with.
• Liaising with internal and external auditors when required.
• Effective query management.

Apprentice - Accounts Payable

What this job involves:

• Basic understanding on accounts payable.
• Monitor and enforce compliance by all JLL employees involved in the A/P process (site and accounting personnel) in respect to standard A/P policies and procedures.
• Perform various other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
• Monthly Accrual Posting
• Accounts Payable related reporting

• Ensuring all checklist of AP Invoice processing is taken care as per the process requirements.
• Ensuring that corporate policies and procedures, statutory and SOX requirements are implemented and complied.
• Liaising with internal and external auditors when required
• Effective query management
